A nice family hotel in Cozumel

Really this hotel wasn’t our first option. We wanted to reserve Westin, but merely on this day we came at Cozumel, there wasn’t any accessible room. We adored this Fiesta Americana over the Westin. When we came in Fiesta Americana, instantly we felt welcomed. I could see that everybody desired to function like possible. The area is quite spacious and comfy. The only thing we all likely request is to enhance the overall food quality. And this resort doesn’t have a shore.

I had been a part of a group of 9 in the USA on a missionary trip for the own island. Goal; to deliver food, clothes and essentials to the islanders. We had the very best remedy after each day of extended hours and hard work largely in part because of Lucio “Tony” who shot us under his radar. I really don’t speak Spanish and Tony does speak English and helped me a great deal! The hotel has an elongated place known as the Explorean” and that’s where we stayed but it was Lucio that made our stay that could bring me!

Cozumel is a fantastic place. I have visited it several times with my family and friends. We love looking at attractions, beaches, and points of interest. We just enjoyed it very much. That night in Fiesta Americana I met another family. They were talking about some exciting cozumel sightseeing tours near to our hotel; the island is characterized by diving and fishing excursions. We have not had the opportunity to try it. But, without a doubt, the next time we will do it very excited. My family loves aquatic adventures. So traveling offshore will not be a problem. On the contrary, it will be an unforgettable experience.

Cozy and clean area, beautiful place and we love it is shore. This really is a gorgeous location for snorkel. We adore the displays. And the food has been amazing.Specially the Asian Restaurant, Where Jose Peninsula, The Chef treated us Salvador that the waiter. At the coffee store Eliud was quite friendly, another spot to get a fantastic sea food would be la cevicheria in which the team made us feel at home especially Florencia,Olga, Jose & Marco. Vina Del Mar restaurant staff were very considerate, helpful and kind Alejandra the hostess, Isabel that the waitress, Luis the chef gave us a personalized support. We enjoyed our 10 days holidays.

The rooms were quite clean and the package was very great. We remained less than two decades before and this experience didn’t measure up sometimes. New Years Eve dinner in the Italian Restaurant was a pity. The mushroom soup seemed to possess silica gel beads that initially were clarified to us as tapioca. After we questioned them, the chef came out and insisted that they had been mushroom seeds. New Years countdown happened 5 minutes early with very little statement. Our other concern was a 2 times in the buffet, we were not waited on for beverages and no one ever stopped by our table. There were fantastic things to the excursion, Marco in LA CEVICHERIA was fantastic as were other members of their team such as the bell boys. Some others were fantastic too but I don’t remember their names. The meals besides New Years was great. During Orbitz, I had been told I’d get VIP check in and also a bottle of wine. VIP check in was fantastic but I never got the jar of wine. All in all we loved however there have been some ups and downs.

Hotel was suitable. Staff was quite warm, friendly and useful. Sushi has been the very nice and fish restaurant on the shore. Lots of choice to consume at morning buffet. Space and balcony was big and had a wonderful view of the sea. Very relaxing and fun holiday!

Loved the fact that it had been a bigger hotel. Made it a whole lot more personal with all the staff of this hotel. Service was fantastic. Would prefer the thank Alejandra and Isabel and Briseida greeting us each morning with their grin. Fantastic job hosting. Arturo, Salvador, Manuel, Hector and notably Lucio excellent job serving us lunch, breakfast and dinner.

I loved the food that the people there and the resort generally. They have everything such as a gym that’s amazing since I use it. The beach is next door and the food is inclusive I really like it! If I’d return I’d completely bring my family here each Spring break, Summer break and winter break!

Second visit at Azul Fives in Playa Del Carmen

As a member just (Emerald), we were next to owners therefore that it was a question if we’d get a bed every day. Staff worked tirelessly to make sure we ended up using a Bali mattress and just overlooked the very first day using a mattress. What can be stated, it ranges from very good to outstanding. Not often we have Jesus serve us however it occurred. There were not any bad food and restaurants was magnificent oftentimes. In other hotels, you’re confined to the times you may reserve the characteristic restaurants. No limitation here.

Martin was our host and he’s among the very charismatic, detailed oriented person I have ever had the joy of being seated with. I come from a long history in fine dining and he’d be the head server of any luxury beef home from the countries at no time! The food was OUTSTANDING, the time ideal, and the ceremony was the cherry on top! Thank you, Martin! We can not wait to return!

We seen Azul Fives three years past because the very first trip was really positive. We reserved 11 days, 10 nights with no children. This trip was extremely optimistic. We asked for an upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite and have been given a package in Unit 19 using a pool view from either side. The suite was clean, nicely laid out and quality built. We’re quite happy with the room. In addition to that, we met some people who had traveled that same day to cozumel villablanca reef very near to Playa del Carmen! It was an exciting talk. The team for the most part tried quite tough to serve us well. Napoleonfour butler has been attentive, receptive and ready to assist with our occasional requirements. He utilized WhatsApp, a program that enabled us to remain in touch in any respect times. 1 issue where we had help was piling the Bali beds.

We had an excellent stay over the holiday season! The employees are very very friendly and have been fantastic hosts. I would strongly recommend this hotel – that the pools are magnificent, tons of conveniences, and yummy restaurants. A great number of cuisine. Merci!

We seen The Fives Azul Beach Resort to celebrate my 50th birthday. The hotel was totally amazing, food was excellent with a lot of distinct restaurants to select from. Room facilities were great. The team were excellent and so friendly. Beautiful pools and beach and superb beach butler services. Will be recommending this hotel to family members and friends.

Excellent in every way: chambers, employees, meals, cleanliness, vibe. Can DEFINITELY be going back! The local wildlife was topnotch. We saw monkeys, iguana, alligator, coati, agnoutii We saw a gorgeous wedding on the beach and later in the week that I feel exactly the exact same few had a private dinner on the shore. Service on the beach was careful not pushy. Weather was ideal although rain was called daily.

Martin was amazing, he was really outgoing and cheerful! He always had a grin on his head and made us feel really welcome, the food was quite yummy. He was quite friendly to the kids and wouldn’t complain about just how much food and drinks we had arranged! Very beautiful guy, I’d definitely return!

Now in Mexico for a marriage and my family chose to eat Koh Thai tonight for our final supper. Hostess was called Alexandria and host was called Martin M. Both hostess and host were super helpful and kind, making the dinner feeling great! They have been super nice and very friendly. Can eat here as well. Excellent folks. Outstanding support.

Best vacation best resort!

I truly love this location, the meals it is great, they’ve a great deal of delicious dishes, the area was clean and also the swimming pool, the beach is amazing since the pools. The ceremony was the best, they always treated us kindly. I wanna emphasize Claudio in the entertainment team since he is a fantastic entertainer, he is always smiling and is a funny man, we certainly return!

Really wonderful hotel. The restaurants all have excellent food(be certain that you try the pulled pork sliders in Route 66). Service is great during the hotel. The staff are super friendly and so are devoted to making certain you’ve got a fantastic stay. Beach and pools are fine and well preserved. There are a lot of activities to perform all over the hotel from creature experiences, to kayaking and water skiing. Other rooms may differ. Aside from that, it is an excellent resort. Highly recommend.

Whether you arrive a few days or several weeks, Playa del Carmen is definitely the place. Your family and friends will love it. The spots to meet are beautiful. It will be an experience you will never forget. And if you care about the accommodation, there are many options. From small hotels to large chain resorts. Ocean Paradise is a charming hotel. Some employees recommended us the cozumel carnival jeep tour very close to Playa del Carmen! The good thing about boutique hotels is the experience. You do not have to deal with hotel chain problems because the customer service is remarkable. I loved it.

Loved it! Our family of five adults, ages 18 to 61, spent a week and loved it! The rooms and whole grounds were very clean… all the team was really friendly and useful. He had been so helpful daily and made sure we had everything we had. The Beach was amazing and there were numerous pools to select from. Would definitely return!

Everything is quite clean and retained together! The team makes everything very private and you could tell they work quite hard! They maintain your experience safe and enjoyable at precisely the exact same time! There’s not any need to depart the hotel as they have all you want here! Claudio is also quite handsome and retains it 100% with you! In addition, he works really hard and you could tell he enjoys his job!

Fantastic time! Really like the food, the weather is ideal and focus on detail is excellent from the team! There are a number of pools to pick from and we especially enjoyed the shore pool to the sunny chairs. Certainly a highlight. A great deal of fun activities like the foam party, and a lot of fun on the beach with matches directed by individuals like Claudio, who’s very friendly and participating. Rooms are extremely spacious, no complaints. Will be returning for sure!

This hotel was very child friendly ideal for households, food was fantastic that the restaurants were very cool but the buffet was wonderful. Several pools, fantastic company, employees were very great. Just negative was too much seaweed on the shore aside from that, fantastic resort! I would like to shout out Claudio since he was a fantastic entertainer, super fine and enjoyable!

The food is excellent here we ate in the Japanese restaurant last night along with the food and show was amazing! The only real downside to this hotel is that the beach is actually rugged so I’d bring shoes! Claudio arrived by the pool now in the Eden pool and we played with water and it was really enjoyable! He came by to put folks into it made the game very enjoyable!

Secrets Cozumel – Peaceful, Fun, and relaxing

The entire experience was magnificent. Room 1224 was amazing, food in all restaurants except one was terrific. Italian was just ok but pizza was great. I went with a girlfriend as our husbands do not love the beach time as we do. Adults only and for us all exceeded expectations, especially support. Bath products, generous and wonderful. Ample water in refrigerator, towels ample. Turn down service and bedding was luxury. Snorkeling in shore area was nice and you can get a snorkel or dive tour directly from dock on shore if you want to go out. I wore beach shoes as recommended by other reviewers. Fun exercise at the pool with Arbey and a young female whose name I have forgotten top water aerobics. I would return in a heartbeat. The hotel has a huge grounds and staff, many restaurants and coffee store. Housekeeping and wait staff are great. Sky view bar, beautiful. We did the all inclusive and adult drinks were plentiful and yummy. Never left the hotel area because we enjoyed it so much. Super friendly and highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!

We Seen Secrets Aura after Christmas and through New Year’s. The hotel is an older home but it was quite clean and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Also, I had the pleasure to talk with interesting people who work there and in their free time go diving with some pros around the island. I would like to see the cozumel dive sites map for rookies like me. Our aim was to break and revel in the sun and oceanfront views, and we all did.

Though we stayed in an oceanfront suite measures from the shore (original pic is opinion from space) on the other hand, there was considerable space on the shore and in the pools on each side of the house. The food was great and there are loads of selections to pick from as you have access to this sister property restaurants in Sunscapes Sabor adjoining door.

We appreciated that all inclusive, beach, pools, activities, beverages (except restricted beer choice for us Wisconsinites). Aubey is a hoot and enjoyable! We adored their helpfulness in reserving trips and cabs to explore the island. Most relaxing holiday for all of us in 25+ years. 24 hour coffee shop and room service amazing in addition to comfy room amenities!

My wife and just returned from Keys Aura at Cozumel. A gorgeous hotel with fantastic dining choices. The restaurants had excellent food and a great deal of excellent wait employees and hosts and hostesses. Check in and out were simple, space relaxation was amazing and the hotel itself was clean and nicely preserved. In the Marketplace Cafe restaurant we had the joy of fulfilling the hostess, Laura. Very pleasant and remembered our names and has been a joy daily. By far our favourite server was Erick. He was like the household. An superb young guy and a fantastic waiter. Overall a gorgeous holiday here at Keys Aura.

Did I have a horrible time? No. Would I go back or recommend Secrets Aura? No. The beach was rocky but the water was clear. The food was ok but the portions were small. The room was clean but worn. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you’ve been to another Secrets resort this will definitely be a let down.

Fantastic staff and attractive views. Preferred rooms have excellent views of the beach and the staff was quite friendly and considerate. Fantastic restaurants and high quality of servers, food were exceptional and quite personable.

The area, Ocean view, amazing. Each of the Restaurants and the meals yummy, tasteful! The Service is Specific. Folks are extremely attentive. The Drinks, everything that you request they have it. The Beach and The sea are Simply Perfect! So, why I really don’t give them 5/5 about the Revenue event, among these was quite impolite, asking about a few visual handicap I have. That was really awful.

Friendly staff and service

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, it was amazing. Every staff member we met was so welcoming and great answering our questions. The space is clean and nice. The monkeys will eat out of your hands. Nobody hassled us about timeshares or revenue nonsense. The pool was quite chilly, however, the lagoon was a fantastic temperature. The onsite restaurants available after 6. The restaurant food was OKAY and buffet meals for breakfast and lunch was fundamental nothing amazing. If you adhere to simple things it is fine. Overall the food appeared pre frozen or made fried. The beef was dreadful and suspicious esp in the buffet I would not eat it unless you attentive look at it, but nothing got us ill, and the drinks are yummy… so do not eat only beverage. The Italian restaurant” los olives” was my favored the Salmon was great. Overall our stay was really pleasant, the only drawback was that the buffet nevertheless we did not starve. And the resort itself and the friendly team made it all better.

I’ve stayed here for Thanksgiving 2018, also went together with family. We had two suites in the Royal Club section. We also stayed here 5 decades ago, and that I had been curious to find out what changes occurred following the merger using Barcelo. I certainly prefer Royal Club into the remainder of the hotel, and I believe it’s absolutely worth the excess cost. It’s more quiet, personal, nearer to the shore, has multiple added amenities and choices. Our rooms were ideal, as a result of Mitzie in front desk, that managed to adapt our room requests. Amount of support in the Royal Club was totally amazing: what has been done to make us feel comfortable. Ladies at front desk, Paula, Mari, Valeri, Mitzie and many others, were super useful, and even ordered for yogurt, and apple juice to my children, when we could not locate any of the restaurants! Maid service was exceptional. She always was able to wash our rooms when we had been in the shore, and new towels were sent twice each day. Loved Royal Club restaurant, directly by the shore.

There’s a little beach by the Royal Club section, we discovered to be far better that the primary lagoon, because it did have no seaweed, water was composed most of the times we had been there, and it’s fine, soft sand for children to play. During our dinner, the waiter recommended the snook fishing in cozumel tour for families. I’ll take a look at it. On the days once the waves Royal section beach proved too large, we moved to the shore at Xcaret playground, which had no waves, and no seaweed, and children really enjoyed it. We had a terrific time, and would happily return again!

Loved the hotel, the majority of the food as well as the pools/amenities. Wifi was pricey and support spotty that made coordinating wedding occasions difficult for our team. We also shared with a connecting door having a young family whose kids liked to shout each night and morning and were not able to change rooms. More personal troubles but the hotel itself is really wonderful. I would return, but possibly request a space with no youthful family.

First time Visitors in Mexico, we really glad that we choose to come to this resort, the team is great and very friendly the rooms and the resort is very clean, the food is excellent lots of places to eat, fresh and different everyday, lots of pools and the beach is fantastic. Bars are everywhere. The wild life is beautiful very tropical and green as well.Very big resort and plenty to do lots of walking but we liked that, have small stores, and decent entertainment programs. The weather was nice but small rain and clouds otherwise it was about 25-27 degrees at the day and during the night around 20-22 degrees. One other great thing is you have access to Xcaret park through the hotel so that you just can walk in( tickets are 100-130$ USD per individual depending where you purchasing them). Overall fantastic experiences and recommend to visit. Thank you.

Hi there, me and my girlfriend are now at occidental in xcaret resort and it’s simply wonderful. The thing I enjoy the most is that the combination of (crazy) character and resort inside this hotel. You will find lots activities to perform, such as zipline, diving, and swimming with the dolphins and so forth. The people are so pleasant here particularly ROMAN DIAZ, this kind of humorous, helpful and polite man.

Our stay in Xcaret was fantastic! Very clean hotel and well preserved. Resort had birds, reptiles, deer which were often around which was a highlight of hotel. Large property that comprised large pool and a beach that has been nicely preserved. Additionally because of size of hotel it’s fantastic for carrying walks for site viewing, pictures or only a lot of exercise. I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and a lot of people complained of being harassed by timeshare personnel. This wasn’t true throughout our stay as if our loved ones wasn’t approached in any way. I guess certain individuals have negative opinions all of the time… the only cons I’d say that the hotel can enhance is totally free wifi as a piece of your stay and the principal buffet ought to remain with Mexican cuisine in any respect times with a couple choices of additional cuisine. Throughout our stay it appeared they needed a different cuisine every day such as French, Chinese, etc. which wasn’t the very best within our food preference, after all visit Mexico to consume their cuisine. We plan to return with more of their household.

Our first holiday ever!

Here is the fourth time we’ve stayed in the Cozumel Palace also it’s really a gem. From the minute we arrive, Carlos is there to ensure our stay is ideal. Martha greets us every morning, actions Carlos keeps us moving and extending, Emmanuel makes certain we’ve beverages each and every second because we swim from the wonderful pools. We invite Darwin for organizing our actions, and all of the wonderful staff smiling and serving us in the grills at lunch and breakfast. We do not know who does the slopes but, wow, we’re amazed and impressed every day. Nelson is our favourite excursion guide each and every year – we proceed on his tour annually though it’s too the exact same location – that makes it very enjoyable. We’re thankful for Sergio and Polo about the dip team that make us feel at home submerged. The meals in every one of the restaurants has been wonderful each and every evening. We move homes happy every time, we’ll be back with more friends and loved ones!

This is our 4th time staying in Cozumel Palace, and a daytime trip once from Playacar Palace. Obviously, this is now our favourite place of all of the Palace hotels. The facility is amazing and the staff is quite friendly. We particularly enjoyed visiting Carlos (the holiday planner), servers Isabel, Roger, Kevin, and action personnel Luis and Millie. The only thing we were disappointed was that the duration of time it required to be served our foods. Though we like dining adventures’, the wait to get our most important entrees was long. The food was yummy once we obtained it, but the wait was remarkably long except in the Chef’s dinner that we attended after, then the food came out in a timely way. The restaurants weren’t complete when we dined so I am unsure what the difficulty was. Aside from that, everything was fairly close near to perfect!

We love to travel to Cozumel. It is always a different experience. Either because we change accommodation, or because we decided to do a new activity. The island still has something new to show us every time. Had the pleasure to talk with interesting people who work there and in their free time go fishing with some pros around the island. I was wondering what the cozumel fishing calendar for families is. Cozumel Palace is an example of excellence. To be honest, we can not always prevent this hotel from being our first choice when we travel to Cozumel. It is an excellent accommodation. The service and the rooms are very convenient. Such a nice place to stay every time you come to the island.

We Adore Cozumel Palace. The place is ideal if you wish to store and explore the city. Extremely clean and nice. Rooms and room service are all incredible. Really like the pub, and also the pool and see. There’s no sandy shore. We normally stay at nighttime only hotels so we were not utilized to the sound of loud children crying and running in the halls. I can not wait to return, but will request a more secluded room.

The most wonderful trip. It was really hot when we came at this superb hotel. We had been satisfied with a cool clean rag, champagne cocktails, and also a beautiful rose for the girls. I really don’t know about the remainder of your pajamas in resorts, but this place the stage for an incredible stay. This location goes the excess mile at each turn! It’s an all inclusive and they went out to purchase my husbands favorite spirits. He beverages Canadian Club that wasn’t in our area pub. The moment they heard that’s exactly what he prefers, they moved out and purchased a few because of his room and his or her pubs. Next time we had been astonished was dinner. He organized a cooking course with all The pastry chef together with someone to interpret. The food was so terrific. Each day there were frozen fruit bars at just a tiny freezer from the pool. Spectacular! I’ve won 73 excursions off the radio as well as to many several areas, but this is my all-time favourite!

Our expertise in the Cozumel palace was good. We enjoyed the way the hotel was smaller and quieter but still had lots of activities to keep us occupied. Milixa, Charlie and Abby together with the entertainment team were constantly around getting individuals involved with pool sports and other interesting games. Martha at breakfast made certain our needs were fulfilled. Our test in experience was made simple by Gabriela she answered any questions we had about moving downtown. Food was quite good also. Overall great experience we’d like to return.

Milixa In the entertainment team was great in the pool and Carlos in the pub was an wonderful bar tender to speak to I’d really like to come back again and watch them since it was a really nice experience… even if anybody is questioning the breakfast is excellent and is generally greeted with an excellent man named Martha. Overall a great experience and I strongly recommend it.

I just returned from my second stay at Cozumel Palace, and while it was fantastic that the first time, it was even better this time. I decided I needed to perform rescue diving certificate while I had been there, and that I knew I needed to train with Ricardo Gutierrez because my divemaster again. My expertise with Ricardo has ever been nothing short of fantastic, which was no different. He’s still an incredible teacher. He makes the coaching simple to comprehend and makes each dive an enjoyable experience. I fully intend to keep my training together with diving, and I need to do it because of Ricardo.

Excellent vacation at the Barcelo Allegro

We’re just finishing a two week stay at the Allegro at Cozumel. My spouse and I had an unbelievable holiday as a result of all the staff. We had a few minor problems with our room the first night along with the Director of Guest Relations – Walter – instantly remedied the circumstance. The food was exceptional because of this Executive Chef – Gilbert – along with his dedicated team such as restaurant captain Frey. The hotel is little – 305 rooms in buildings or 8 or 4 components, we didn’t have any issues with sound. The rooms are recently upgraded and the cleaning team keeps them looking like new. There’s a long white sand beach with a swimming place for everyone to enjoy.I would suggest the beef at the Italian restaurant, the shrimp pablo in the chef and Mexican Pedro in the Oriental places on an excellent Teppan cooking series. Since the hotel is little you have to become familiar with the staff immediately, they’re all happy to guarantee you have the ideal holiday. We’ll be returning to the hotel later on.

Since my initial live in September 2015, I have discovered the following:The buffet food is a lot better (a la carte dining was great all together to me) that the hibachi is my favorite… The grounds are lovely and well preserved. The bartenders are educated and will make any drink you request. The beach is quite pleasant and if you use google maps to zoom back on the hotel area, you’ll observe there is a sea grass in a few of the instant areas off the shore front, but fear not, this cause good snorkeling right from the hotel. I’ve observed multiple little fish species . . .And you will find white sand just paths too to the deeper regions of sea for swimming pool. I’ve observed improvements in the standard of the nightly entertainment. They’ve an excellent open air environment for those shows. As a diver who has traversed the Caribbean within the past couple of decades, I’ll provide the hotel dive operator, Professional Dive International my greatest endorsement… Real Estate professionals in most respects and could not ask for a much better experience! Decision As a bit of a regular traveler I might be somewhat partial when I give 4.5 stars into the Allegro, however I do not believe you’ll see a much better all inclusive hotel for the cost anywhere in Cozumel, and possibly in the Mexican Riviera…

Cozumel is a Mexican Caribbean island that you can not miss. I’m telling you because I’ve come at every opportunity I have. Traveling to Cozumel is cheap and convenient. Also, the experiences that you live here are unforgettable. From your arrival, until the last activity, you do with your party. Even the accommodation is remarkable. Allegro is a great option. A couple of people recommended taking the tour for boca paila fly fishing if we wanted to practice one of the best activities near Cozumel.  My friends and I were pleased to stay five nights during the vacation period. We stayed there to be near the downtown of Cozumel.

We remained at Allegro Cozumel for a week over New Year’s together with our two teenage daughters. Each the staff work extremely hard and were really friendly. Volleyball in the shore was super entertaining and Cesar and David made the games fun and invited everyone to share in the activities through the day. The beach was nice but the water was not too apparent as we anticipated. We did go out on a ski excursion one day and the water was super clear with all varying colors of blue that was excellent for snorkelling. The water was fairly wavy several days and the afternoon we rented a Jeep to go to various beaches around the island the beaches had red flags and have been shut on account of the rough waters. It was a fun adventure as the east side of this island has some quite pretty areas to stop along the road. The food in the hotel was great with lots of alternatives for each meal. The only bad issue is that there’s just 1 restaurant for lunch and there was frequently a 10-15 minute wait to get a table during peak times. It was not that big of a deal as it was always great once we got. The resort did a fantastic job for New Year’s Eve. We ventured into the New Year dance to some fun band with everybody having a wonderful time! The sole real issue we had was with our area. It rained very hard on the next day for the majority of the day and the roof has been leaking. I moved to front desk and they immediately changed us into a ground floor area. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would urge Allegro Cozumel for a fantastic family holiday.

In general, the hotel is a relaxing location. We reserved the “premium” bundle and discovered it was actually not worth the excess price. The sole real advantage was a room place closer to the shore and the superior sofa. The couch was decent, but nothing fantastic. The beach is crowded and small on good weather days. It’s definitely a family oriented hotel as there were lots of miniature ones on the shore. The children’s pool appeared underused. In terms of the food, nothing good.

Just that, no lousy experience to record. Food was okay, not outstanding. Pool areas tidy, beach fine. Staff friendly. When travelling with teenagers. Also we asked interconnecting chambers, were told that this was exactly what we’d been allocated and didn’t get interconnecting rooms. The tough market on coming in the concierge to go and listen to presentations about other resorts in the group so as to receive discounts on auto hire was not valued or obtained up. The that a la carte restaurants were fine, nothing particular, by about day 4 of we had been eating out as’d grown tired of this buffet, yet again this can be fairly standard I guess. Dive store was great, and the island is amazing. Only a pleasant, relaxing location for a winter sunshine holiday.

In general, the hotel was really excellent. Ideal for families with children as a lot for them. The beach was fine (but more attempt to clean cigarette butts and used limes has to be created ). It only seemed like everything was a stew, coated in sauce. Moreover, they need to consume more mexican meals. I understand that the dinner buffet was frequently from supper. For the nighttime snacks, it’d be safer to put food out and refill more frequently rather than placing lots rather than assessing. The oriental a la carte has been amazing!

Not the family holiday we expected for with night party goers (wedding party) and second hand smoke filtering to our area. Very hard working employees and clean hotel. Food was fine. Good beach. Stunning site. Snorkeling great only in the event that you choose a boat to the floor.

Great resort for a budget travelers

Fantastic hotel for a budget travellers. $11 per individual by cab from the airport, easy check in. I adore the room (is a tropical perspective) directly on the shore. Mattress is extremely comfortable, but a small bit humid in the area and that I do not enjoy the odor. Food is Ok. The best was that the Sunny side Grill with amazing service ( request Sergio, the young man ). Entertainment team works amazing. I really like Zumba class. All sea game rentals are all free.

This is our eleventh trip to Cozumel and the next time we’ve stayed at Sunscape Sabor. The centre was updated. Our room was quite pleasant (I called it amazing ), on the next floor, overlooking the pool. A great bath with separate bathroom and shower area. The mattress was so comfy we had difficulty getting up in a sensible time. This is the sole all-inclusive where we’ve remained that’s excellent branded alcohol also makes excellent beverages. The Mexican restaurant is quite good — I really like the cream of poblano soup! We enjoyed several meals in the Sunny Side Café and must understand the servers. On our final morning, they hugged and cheered for the spouse!

Staying in Cozumel is an incredible experience. There are so many options that you can find the style you want. Five-star hotel? Yes, there are. Boutique and intimate hotel? Yes, there are. It’s what I love about Cozumel. For example, the Sunscape is an incredible hotel. I went there with my family. When we were in the pool with the kids, I heard two people talk about a popular cozumel tour from playa del carmen. I’ll try that in some other time. People say it is beautiful. The employees at the hotel are friendly, the check-in fast, and the rooms very comfortable – a recommended place for Cozumel visitors.

We’re there from November 30-December 7, fantastic place with a great deal of activities to perform! Staff were very professional and exceptionally friendly. Oscar, Leo, and Juanini were one of one of the best staff members there. The entire experience was fantastic, the one thing I’d do is give the resort rooms and minor upgrade. Food and beverages were amazing! Thank you Sunscape for a memorable trip!

When I arrived to Sunscape Sabor Cozumel hotel they had difficulties getting me my area straight away and it took the team a couple of hours to eventually get me located. While I had been waiting to enter my area since they whined to the lineup of guests that they provide me to go get great at the nearest restaurant beside the pool. I watched her have a sandwich which has been pre-made sitting on the counter that was chilly when I obtained it, that the piece of chicken was little, thin and difficult. The tomato was quite little, there were just two little pieces of onion, a drizzle of brown guacamole and a very small bit of lettuce. Obviously that I wasn’t impressed. There was no hot water in my area for my whole stay (I lasted two nights). They just food I liked was the 2 dinners I had in the restaurant I needed to put on a collared shirt and long dress trousers also which a great deal of guests were not impressed about. On the other hand, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the place was magnificent with the view outside of my hotel room door ft from the sea, palm trees and hammock. I wound up requesting a refund for the past couple of nights due to the inconveniences and also transpiration back to Isla Mujeres to devote the remainder of my time in Mexico there. Maybe not the very first impression of hotels but it certainly could have been worse and that I left the best of my holiday no matter.

We’ve stayed at Sunscape several occasions and every year it’s a bit worse. The support staff is quite friendly. Front desk could care less about everything you need to say. It is not possible to ask that a certain room. The refrigerator in your area won’t ever be stocked regardless of how frequently you make a petition. The food is becoming worse everytime we have gone. A couple of years back the food was great but fresh it is going to keep you alive and that is about it. The menu in the beachfront grill was in spanish through the afternoon sorry I talk it. Return to walk grill up. The food was great, fast and effortless. There’s virtually no meat of any sort in el patio and what’s there’s bad. I know trying to operate cheaply but your in the purpose of running off people instead of bringing them. We really enjoy the place but the rooms will need to be upgraded a bit and the meals wants to improve.

We would like to specially thank Juan Carlos Ku for its exceptional service and also for making this our home away from your home. The apartment pillow petition was over and over service since it was his day from this hotel. The restaurants are great and things continue to change each and every single time we see. We enjoyed the dishes on the shore. The hotel wasn’t full so that there was little to no waiting at any of the restaurants for supper. I adored the tiny water slide in the primary pool area!

This is actually the second time we’ve remained here and will definitely be coming back. Antonio, Juan Carlos, Oscar, and Juaminni made our stay amazing both times! Children have an excellent time too. Each the employees are friendly and helpful. I shall recommend this destination for family and friends for sure!
